Traveling to Lunenburg

All archers and their families... I am sure you have seen the weather for this weekend.  Doesn't look like our travel is going to be fun.  Please leave early enough so you can make the travel safely and arrive at the club house by 3pm ready to shoot for 4pm.  We are at a different hotel this year please make sure you have the correct directions.  We are staying at the Doubletree in Leominster, MA.  Jr Road Team shoots on Saturday at 4pm and Road Team shoots on Sunday at 8:30am.

Reminders

Fudge orders are due today! Please make sure all fudge order forms and money is dropped off to the shop by 2:30.  Top seller can win a gift certificate to our favorite archery shop...!!

Also, Jr/Road team we have practice today 2:30-4:30. Our last away tournament is next weekend April 1 & 2. Jr Road team and Joad archers shoot Saturday at 4pm, you should be at the range by 3pm. Road Team shoots Sunday morning at 8:30, you need to be to the range by 7:45. Tournament uniform is required. Jr/Road Team this means tournament shirt and navy pants. Joad Archers, Joad shirt and khaki, navy blue  or black pants. If you have any questions on tournament uniform please see Ron.

Tuesday 5pm JOAD class is cancelled for this evening due to the weather. We will make up the class on Tuesday, April 18th

Travel Teams

To all the Jr. Road & Road Team members... Joad and U.S. Nationals is this weekend!  Shooting times are as follows:

JOAD NATLS Friday at 4PM,  shooters need to be at the school by 3PM.

U.S. NATLS Saturday & Sunday at 12PM, shooters need to be at the school by 11AM.

Reminders-

• NO BOW CASES allowed in the gym, they must be left under the tables in the hallway.  Please do not leave on the tables other archers will need a space to set up their bows.  

• All archers will need to report to the inspection table to have your equipment looked over.  The table is usually located in the hallway near the tables where we set up.  

• Archers are responsible for getting your own scorecards they will not allow parents/guardians to get them.  

• Please make sure your USA Membership is current they will have this info and require it to be up to date.  Each archer should have a copy on them. (I take a picture and keep on my phone) 

• We are staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites, Sturbridge, MA, & tournament is held at the Tantasqua Regional High School, the directions are located to the left.

Tournament

Adult/Youth Tournament sign up has been posted at the shop. The tournament will be held Saturday March 4th, at 9am, 11am and 1pm and Sunday March 5th at 9am & 11am.  Awards will follow the last line on Sunday.  This is a fun tournament for children and adults to shoot together as a team.  Stop by the shop to sign up or call 524-2582.
