Thursday March 19th
- 7:30 PM- Meet at the Georgia Park and Ride
- 8:00 PM- Bus leaves the Georgia Park and Ride
Friday March 20th
- 12 PM (approximately)- Arrive in Louisville, Kentucky at the
Louisville Downtown Marriott
- 4:00 PM- Meet at archery range for team practice
- 6:30 PM- Dinner at Bearnos Pizza
Saturday March 21st
6:30 AM- Meet at archery range
- 7:00 AM- Tournament Begins
- 11:45 AM- Meet bus for team outing
- 3:30 PM- Return to hotel
- 8:00 PM (approximately)- Sunday shooting times posted
Sunday March 22nd
- 7:00 AM- 2:00 PM- Tournament- shooting time will depend on age and shooting class
- 7:30 PM- Meet bus
- 8:00 PM- Bus leave hotel to return home
Monday March 23rd
- 1:00 PM (approximately)- Arrive at Georgia Park and Ride
